What sets us apart

Not just what the damage costs. Also how it happened.

Most assessors put a number on the damage. We can additionally reconstruct how it occurred — from traces, impact configuration, deformation energy and vehicle data.

That is the expertise that matters when the course of the accident is disputed, when an insurer questions the damage, or when a court needs technical clarity.

The difference

Why your own assessor?

After the accident …without a reportwith AUeXpthe other insurer's assessor
Diminished value is quantifiedrarely in full
Loss of use & incidental costs documentedoften incomplete
Court-proof preservation of evidencenot on your behalf
Independent of the insurerno — commissioned and paid by them
Cost to you as the injured party*nonenone

* In a no-fault liability claim, the at-fault party's insurer covers the assessor's fee. You are free to choose your own expert — nobody may impose one on you.

In case of emergency

What to do after an accident?

Six steps that protect your claims — in the order that matters at the scene.

  1. 1

    Secure the scene

Hazard lights on, hi-vis vest, warning triangle at a sufficient distance.

  2. 2

    If anyone is injured: 112

Give first aid and call emergency services. Everything else can wait.

  3. 3

    Call the police if needed

Personal injury, disputed fault, major damage or a foreign licence plate: 110.

  4. 4

    Take photos

Vehicle positions, all damage, licence plates, skid marks, surroundings — better too many than too few.

  5. 5

    Exchange details — sign nothing

Note names, plates and insurers. Do not admit fault, do not sign the other side's forms.

  6. 6

    Appoint your own assessor

Before the other insurer creates facts: secure an independent report. We are available around the clock.

FAQ

What claimants ask most often

How much does a vehicle report cost and who pays?

After a no-fault accident, the at-fault driver's liability insurer pays the assessor's fee — you pay nothing. For comprehensive claims, valuations or at-fault accidents we quote a binding price in advance.

Can the insurer dictate which assessor I use?

No. In a liability claim you have the right to choose your own expert. The assessor sent by the other party's insurer works for the insurer — not for you. An independent report protects your claims.

Report or cost estimate — which one do I need?

A cost estimate only prices the repair. An accident report additionally documents diminished value, loss of use, replacement and salvage value as well as safety-relevant damage. Only that enforces all your claims.

From what damage amount is a report worthwhile?

Below the trivial-damage threshold — roughly €750 to €1,000 depending on case law — insurers usually do not cover the fee. Above it, a full report is almost always the better choice. Call us if in doubt, the assessment costs nothing.

How fast will the report be ready?

The inspection usually takes place the same or the next working day, on request at your location in Frankfurt or the Rhine-Main region. You normally receive the finished report within 24 hours of the inspection.

What is the difference between a damage report and accident reconstruction?

A damage report quantifies what the damage costs. An accident reconstruction clarifies how the accident happened — from traces, impact configuration, deformation energy and vehicle data. It is used when the course of events is disputed or a court needs technical clarification.
